Cobb-Vantress has named Joyce Lee as its next president. Lee will succeed interim president Stan Reid and will report to David Bray, Tyson's group president of poultry.

Lee joins Cobb, a subsidiary of Tyson Foods, after serving as president of Elanco's pet health and commercial operations business sector. Prior to Elanco, Lee served as president of Bayer Animal Health's North American business segment and spent over 16 years at Zoetis in a number of executive positions.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Lee received a bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University in Florida.

"We're incredibly pleased to welcome Joyce to the Cobb team," Bray said. "She's an experienced leader who cares deeply about the health of the animals and delivering for our customers. Based on her proven track record of innovation, we're confident she will drive Cobb and the entire industry forward."
