ROXELL announced that it has strengthened its global footprint through the integration of Agile Mfg. based in Anderson, Mo.
Since 2001, Agile has marketed Roxell feeding systems, Shenandoah heating, nesting and incinerator products and ProTerra ventilation systems in North and Central America.
Roxell, based in Belgium, is a business unit of CTB Inc. It makes automatic feeding and drinking systems for the poultry and pig industry.
Gino Van Landuyt, managing director of Roxell, said, "With this latest step, Roxell will generate over 100 million euros of sales, employ over 300 people in four locations and have manufacturing capabilities in three continents: Europe, America and Asia. This offers further benefits to our customers and distributors both by expanding the product range and the flexibility of production close to the end customer."
From now on, Agile will operate as Roxell USA, and there will be no changes to its manufacturing activities, according to the announcement.
The sales and service organization will be regionally structured.
"This new organization will allow us to offer a complete package of premium products to all of the Americas. It will also enable us to further strengthen the Roxell brand and regionally expand the Shenandoah and ProTerra brands throughout the Americas," Mick Whelan, Roxell international sales manager for the Americas, said.
