ADISSEO, Atlanta, Ga. — Scott Oler has joined the company as director of marketing and business development for North and Central America. Oler will be responsible for marketing and business development of products and business in the region.

ALLTECH, Lexington, Ky. — Megan DeRose has been promoted to North America mineral management marketing manager. DeRose will oversee the North America mineral marketing communication strategy and support sales throughout the U.S. and Canada. She was most recently territory marketing coordinator for Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Carolina Hall has been promoted to global mineral management marketing manager. Hall will be responsible for the implementation of mineral communication strategies and supporting the sales force by developing customer engagement initiatives and marketing programs around the world. She was most recently Latin America marketing coordinator for organic trace mineral brands.

FARM FOUNDATION, NFP, Oak Brook, Ill. — Tim Brennan has joined the staff as director of development. Brennan will formalize a fund-raising strategy.

NEWSHAM CHOICE GENETICS, West Des Moines, Iowa — James Flood has been named business development manager (U.S.). Flood will focus on driving growth with his current customers while leading or assisting all domestic teams engaged with major U.S. producers and packers. He was most recently national account manager.

U.S. FARMERS & RANCHERS ALLIANCE, Chesterfield, Mo. — Randy Krotz has been appointed vice president of development. Krotz will lead initiatives that deal with industry partner relations.

WHITE OAK MILLS, Elizabethtown, Pa. — Steve Snyder has joined the company as dairy specialist. Snyder will provide dairy nutritional services to dairy producers in Lebanon, Dauphin, Northumberland and Schuylkill, Pa.,  and surrounding counties.

WORLD DAIRY EXPO, Madison, Wis. — Scott Bentley  will join the expo as general manager, effective June 3. Bentley will lead the staff in strategic planning and implementation of the expo and will be responsible for developing innovative initiatives and cultivating partner relationships. He was previously with ABS Global.
