Recent studies demonstrate that pellets, fines and nutrients can segregate in poultry houses. That leads to the question of whether bird performance is impacted by the segregation. We talk with Courtney Poholsky of Penn State University about the impact of on-farm feed particle and nutrient distribution and subsequent broiler performance over time.
