Pestell Minerals & Ingredients of New Hamburg, Ont., has announced the acquisition of Nutritional Feed Additives, a Fergus, Ontario-based company providing specialty animal nutritional products and hay preservatives to the Canadian feed industry since 1987.

The transaction was completed on June 30, 2015. The employees of Nutritional Feed Additives are now employees of Pestell and will focus on providing a seamless transition for their products, suppliers and customers.

Pestell Minerals and Ingredients specializes in the supply of feed ingredients including macro and trace minerals, specialty feed additives, bird food ingredients, fertilizers and salt products for the agricultural industry across North America.

The company’s head office and warehouse is located in New Hamburg, the heart of Ontario's agriculture industry. Additional warehouse facilities are strategically located across North America to ensure efficient and cost effective delivery.
