FEEDSTUFFS PRECISION PORK Market Report – May 28

Planting across the nation continued ahead of schedule with corn reported for the week at 90% planted and beans at 75%.

In this episode of Feedstuffs Precision Pork, Dave Bauer, senior market analyst for Provimi, offers some hog market perspective and market highlights for the week as well as provides things to think about in the week ahead.

The planting of corn and beans continued to trend higher with nice gains on the week prior. Shortly the focus will turn to conditions and the way things look there will be some good reports there.
