Over 100 Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) customers and other stakeholders have filed letters with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) to express concerns about and/or opposition to Canadian National's (CN) unsolicited proposal for Kansas City Southern (KCS) following CP and KCS’s merger agreement announcement in May. CP also announced it has filed a formal objection with the STB stating that CN does not qualify for a waiver of the STB's rules for major transactions
