To help fulfill its mission to serve customers across the food chain, Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production recently added a new team member with more than three decades of sales and business management experience to its Americas’ team.

Dr. Guilherme Minozzo joins the Arm & Hammer team as business development manager for Mexico, Latin America and South America. Dr. Minozzo received his veterinarian degree from the Universidade Federal do Parana, a degree in strategic field marketing from Perdue University and a degree in business management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

“We’re excited to have such a well-qualified expert join our team,” said Mark Martinez, Americas’ sales director, Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production. “Dr. Minozzo’s exceptional sales and business management experience will allow us to bring new #ScienceHearted solutions across the dairy, swine and poultry sectors.”

Dr. Minozzo’s broad experiences in business management, business development and sales team leadership come from a variety of roles throughout his 36 years in the industry. He has held numerous consulting positions with start-up companies and was the South America and Brazil director for Innovad where he organized new operations and product registrations. He also served as vice president for Latin America for Alltech where he held various other sales management positions.
