ALGAL SCIENTIFIC, Plymouth, Mich. — Dr. Mike McCabe has joined the company as vice president of animal health and nutrition. McCabe will lead the Algamune business unit.

AMERICAN FEED INDUSTRY ASSN., Arlington, Va. — Jessica Morse has joined the association as manager of meetings and events. Morse will be responsible for executing select events, including webinars, and spearheading event sponsorship strategies. She was previously with the Society of Wine Educators.

HUBBARD, Walpole, N.J. — Saadiqul Islam Saadi has joined the company as assistant technical service manager. Saadi will provide technical services to Hubbard grandparent, parent stock and commercial broiler customers in Bangladesh. He was previously with CP Bangladesh.

KENT NUTRITION GROUP INC., Muscatine, Iowa — Kyle Pratt has joined the company as territory sales representative for the western region.

Jared Rottmund has joined the company as mid-Atlantic regional sales manager.

Flint will be responsible for developing and implementing communications/public relations strategies and plans. MINER ENTERPRISES, Geneva, Ill. — Andrew Kries has been promoted to director of engineering. Kries will lead the continuing efforts to meet customers' current and future needs through advanced technology and performance. He was most recently manager of mechanical testing.

NATIONAL CORN GROWERS ASSN., Chesterfield, Mo. — Amie Gianino has joined the association as vice president of market development. Gianino will be responsible for leading corn demand initiatives in cooperation with state corn organizations and allied industry partners. She was previously with Anheuser-Busch InBev.

NEDAP, Whapeton, N.D. — Rich Lepper has joined the U.S. swine team as application service representative. Lepper will assist producers with application training and service, including facility transitions to electronic sow feeding, farrowing feeding and pig performance testing.

NORTH AMERICAN MEAT INSTITUTE, Washington, D.C. — Anne Halal has been promoted to senior vice president of exposition, education and member services. Halal will oversee all logistical and promotional arrangements for the annual trade show and for institute and foundation meetings, workshops and events. She was most recently vice president of expositions, education and member services.

NOVASOURCE, Phoenix, Ariz. — Tim Kuechmann has joined the company as account manager for the Pacific Northwest. Kuechmann will manage accounts in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Dr. Newton Roda has joined the company as director of international business, Southern Cone, South America. Roda will manage business in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Chile.
