We caught up with futurist Nikolas Badminton at the Bayer Forum in Orlando, Fla., to talk about potential disruptors to the food industry and what they might mean for food producers and farmers of the future.

Topics discussed included the value of data, robotics, energy of the future and cultured food products.

As chief executive officer of Exponential Minds, Badminton advises such organizations as the U.N., Google, NASA, HSBC, SAP, Dell, BMW, Telus and more than 200 others.
