BCF Technology, a pioneer in veterinary ultrasound for more than 30 years, has joined forces with another successful animal reproduction and imaging company, ECM (Echo Control Medical), to form a new imaging division, IMV imaging, under the IMV Technologies group.

IMV Technologies has been at the forefront of innovations in animal artificial insemination and embryo transfer for 50-plus years, with operations in more than 130 countries and established subsidiaries in the U.S., India, China, Italy and the Netherlands.

The merger under IMV Technologies will allow BCF Technology to deliver a wider portfolio of products to its customers worldwide and, ultimately, deliver improved animal care.
