Marba has two factories producing products under the Marba and Pauliceia brands. The product line includes mortadella, ham, fresh sausages, smoked sausages, jerked beef, fresh meat, pork cuts, bacon, salami and sirloin, sausages and a party line.
The closing of this transaction is subject to the approval of the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense, among other usual conditions for this type of transaction.
