Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production recently announced an exciting expansion into the companion animal nutrition business. The team at Arm & Hammer is excited to bring their leading microbial innovation and technology to this new sector as they expand and diversify their product offerings.

Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production is leading their expansion with the introduction of A-Max, a proven yeast strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which offers a reliable, quality yeast culture easily incorporated into animals’ diets to meet specific needs.

The expansion is marked by the addition of Miranda Stubbs, Companion Animal Account Manager. Stubbs is experienced in sales, operations and quality management within the pet food space. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences and a master’s degree in food science from Kansas State University.

“We’re thrilled to bring our expertise to the pet nutrition sector and welcome Miranda onto our ScienceHearted team,” said Ben Towns, associate vice president of Americas for Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production. “We are passionate about nutrition for all animals and now we can bring that passion to more customers who can benefit from our research-backed products.”

This latest expansion builds on Arm & Hammer’s legacy of advancing animal nutrition. Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production began its animal nutrition work with dairy cattle and has since expanded to beef, poultry, swine and food production.
