Alltech enhances service offering with new customer experience manage

New role focused on providing superior customer service.

As part of its ongoing commitment to offering superior customer service, Alltech has announced Kristina Lukehart’s new role as the company’s customer experience manager.

In this key strategic and operational leadership position, Kristina will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of an exceptional customer experience, as well as the strategic development of operational requirements, processes and technologies designed to deliver key service outcomes — both internally and externally.

Before her new appointment, Lukehart served as an executive assistant in Alltech’s operations department for more than 11 years, where she provided integral support across multiple departments. Prior to joining Alltech, she served in various program and customer service management roles, primarily in the automotive industry.

Lukehart will be based at Alltech’s headquarters near Lexington, Kentucky.
