Soybean meal: What's new when it comes swine diet formulations?

During the past 3 to 4 years the industry has gained insight into the additional benefits of using soybean meal in swine diets. This improved understanding forces the nutritionist to consider aspects outside the normal considerations such as ingredient price and minimum/maximum use of a particular ingredient.
