AGRILABS, St. Joseph, Mo. — Dustin Vander Vorst has joined the company as territory manager for the High Plains. Vander Vorst will be responsible for managing and implementing sales within Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. He was previously with DTN.

BIOTECHNOLOGY INNOVATION ORGANIZATION, Washington, D.C. — Dana O’Brien has been named executive vice president for the Food & Agriculture Section. O’Brien was most recently acting executive vice president.

GENESUS, Oakville, Man. — Helena Echberg has been appointed director of business development.

MINNESOTA SELECT SIRES CO-OP INC., St. Cloud, Minn. — Shane Boettcher has been named key client specialist. Boettcher will assist dairy customer-owners by providing reproductive performance analysis, performing genetic development consulting and training and supporting technical services in central and southeast Minnesota. He was most recently professional service technician.

NATIONAL PORK PRODUCERS COUNCIL, Washington, D.C. — Corey Brown has joined the organization as domestic policy adviser. Brown previously was a legislative law clerk for Sen. Thom Tillis (R., N.C.).
