ABS GLOBAL INC., DeForest, Wis. — Amy Schaufelberger has joined the company as cornerstone specialist for the Midwest U.S. Schaufelberger will be responsible for assisting field staff with education and promotion of developing new herds, as well as working with staff to evaluate and maintain data in herds already participating in the ABS Cornerstone program. She will also be responsible for on-farm evaluations, coordinating and assisting with picturing progeny and arranging and conducting daughter and herd tours.

ARYSTA LIFESCIENCE NORTH AMERICA, Cary, N.C. — Matt Micklich has joined the company as territory sales manager for the northern Alberta sales region. Micklich will work with both existing and new customers. He was previously with Andrukow Group Solutions.

BB&T CAPITAL MARKETS, Chicago, Ill. — Michael Laurie will head the Food, Agribusiness & Beverage corporate banking group. Laurie will focus on capital raising and risk management, as well as strategic and business development solutions.

CARGILL, Minneapolis, Minn. — Emery N. Koenig has been elected vice chairman. Koenig will continue to serve as chief risk officer.

CIBUS GLOBAL, San Diego, Cal. — Dr. Keith Walker has been appointed chief executive officer and president. Walker was most recently president.

DUPONT PIONEER, Des Moines, Iowa — Bill Powel-Smith has joined the company as dairy specialist in northern Wisconsin. Powel-Smith will work with the sales force to help dairy producers reach maximum productivity in growing, harvesting, storing and feeding forage products, along with sharing on-farm knowledge and nutritional best practices. He was previously with Northstar Dairy.

FARMERS NATIONAL CO., Omaha, Neb. — David Englund has been named executive vice president and chief management officer. Englund was most recently area vice president of farm management in the western area.

Jerry Warner has announced his retirement from the position of executive vice president and chief management officer.

FMC CORP., Philadelphia, Pa. — Alisha Bellezza has been appointed director of investor relations. Bellezza will serve as the primary conduit for investor information to analysts, stockholders and potential investors. She was most recently director, investor analysis and support.

HYBRID TURKEYS, Kitchener, Ont. — Shawn Conley has joined the company as technical service representative. Conley will be part of the customer service team working primarily with North American customers.

NUTRAFERMA, North Sioux City, S.D. — Dr. Peter K.S. Chu has been named vice president for global business. Chu will focus on new business ventures in the Asian and South American markets.

SCR DAIRY INC., Madison, Wis. — Mara Budde has joined the company as marketing and communications specialist. Budde will be responsible for expanding customer communications and building the company brand.

Mark Herrgesell has joined the company as western U.S. sales manager. Herrgesell will introduce company technology to dairy industry support teams, execute territory plans and provide support to distributors and dairy producers in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Utah, New Mexico and Texas. He was previously with ABS Global Inc.
