ADM ALLIANCE NUTRITION INC., Quincy, Ill. — Chuck Loefer has been named vice president for Alliance Nutrition North America. Loefer will be responsible for all feed and premix business. He was most recently director, premix and pet food.

BIODIAGNOSTICS INC., River Falls, Wis. — Ruhi Rai has joined the laboratory as bioinformatics specialist. Rai will enhance client  understanding in the areas of genome selection, association mapping, linkage analysis, quantitative trait loci mapping and gene annotation. She was previously with the Minnesota Mayo Clinic.

BIOMIN USA, San Antonio, Texas — Raj Murugesan has joined the company as poultry technical specialist. Murugesan will provide technical support and research expertise within the agriculture industry.

Joe Sanders has joined the company as poultry key account manager. Sanders will be responsible for providing support to various key customers in the U.S.

CHS INC., St. Paul, Minn. — Robert Deraas has been named president of CHS Sunflower, effective July 1. Deraas is currently operations manager for CHS Sunflower.

DIAMOND V, Cedar Rapids, Iowa — Jim Keppen will retire from his position as director of the North American business unit on June 30.

JCB, Savannah, Ga. — Graeme MacDonald has been named chief executive officer designate. MacDonald was most recently chief operating officer.

LALLEMAND ANIMAL NUTRITION, Milwaukee, Wis. — Wendy Mayo has joined the company as marketing communications manager for the North American business. Mayo will work with the product management team on the development and implementation of marketing strategies across the portfolio in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. She was previously with Bader Rutter & Associates.

LOHMANN ANIMAL HEALTH INTERNATIONAL, Winslow, Maine — Dr. William A. "Andy" McRee has been promoted to head of technical sales, North America. McRee will coordinate the efforts of the technical services team in North and Central America and provide market and product insight to the global marketing group. He will work with all country managers relating to all technical issues involving customers. He was most recently technical services veterinarian.  

PAPILLON AGRICULTURE CO., Easton, Md. — David Briggs has been named president. Briggs will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. He was most recently sales and marketing manager.

VITA PLUS CORP., Madison, Wis. — James Thompson has been named swine sales specialist. Thompson will provide formulation, nutrition, production and business management consultation to swine producers primarily in Indiana and Michigan.

WILBUR-ELLIS CO., San Francisco, Cal. — Rob Fullerton has been appointed president of the Feed Division. Fullerton will lead the strategic direction of the division. He was most recently vice president of the Feed Division.
