NATIONAL GRAIN & FEED ASSN., Washington, D.C. — Max Fisher has joined the association as director of economics and government relations. Fisher will provide economic analyses and policy input on legislative and regulatory issues affecting the grain, feed, grain and oilseed processing and export sectors, including agricultural policy; international trade agreements; futures market regulation and measures designed to enhance customer protection; safety and environmental rule-makings, and rail and waterway transportation. He most recently served on the Senate Agriculture Committee.
NATIONAL TURKEY FEDERATION, Washington, D.C. — Keith M. Williams has been named vice president of communications and marketing. Williams will focus on the shared interests of consumers, producers and processors in the turkey industry.
NUTRITION PROFESSIONALS INC., Hortonville, Wis. — Dr. Matthew Waldron has joined the company. Waldron will provide nutrition and management consulting services to dairy producers. He was previously with the University of Missouri.
SELECT SIRES INC., Plain City, Ohio — Jordan Simonson has joined the company as multimedia communications specialist. Simonson will be responsible for creating interactive media, including video, administering the corporate training site, coordinating audio projects and managing audio and visual needs for meetings and conferences.
TROUW NUTRITION USA LLC, Highland, Ill. — Dan Evans has been named territory sales manager for the agri division. Evans will represent the territory consisting of Nebraska, Iowa and Wisconsin. He was previously with Albion Advanced Nutrition.
WORLD DAIRY EXPO, Madison, Wis. — Carrie Jo Leum has joined the expo as project specialist. Leum will be responsible for meeting room sales and on-site management, sponsorship fulfillment, signage placement and special projects and events related to the expo.
