AGRI-NUTRITION CONSULTING LLC, Abbotsford, Wis. — Jay Hoffman has joined the firm as an independent nutrition and management consultant. Hoffman will serve the central Wisconsin area as a dairy and beef nutritionist.

BROOKSIDE AGRA, O'Fallon, Ill. — Bill Bayless has joined the company as vice president of business development. Bayless will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans with executive management, providing marketing support, overseeing support training within the company and developing sales within key accounts. He was previously with CJ America.

DIAMOND V, Cedar Rapids, Iowa — Emily Achen has been promoted to regional sales associate. Achen will serve dairy producers in the South Dakota region. She was most recently North America resource coordinator.

Allison Meinders has been promoted to North America resource coordinator. Meinders will be responsible for sales, marketing and administrative support for the North America business and teams. She was most recently administrative assistant for customer service.

HARRISVACCINES INC., Ames, Iowa — Jill Gander has been appointed research scientist II. Gander will be responsible for developing new methods, products and technologies and will help in the effort to license RP vaccines.

Matthew Keith has joined the company as production associate. Keith will be involved in all aspects of vaccine production, including cell culture, vaccine harvest and release assay testing. He also will facilitate the process of product development from research to production.

NOVUS INTERNATIONAL INC., St. Louis, Mo. — Francois Fraudeau has been appointed president and chief executive officer. Fraudeau was most recently chief operating officer.
