ADISSEO, Atlanta, Ga. — Alan Miller has joined the company as Gulf states business manager. Miller will focus on production and nutrition to help producers grow their business and bottom line profits.

ANIMAL SCIENCE PRODUCTS INC., Nacogdoches, Texas — Dr. Bart Dunsford has joined the company as manager for key product development/technical services for the Americas. Dunsford will be responsible for developing and expanding existing domestic and international market product lines as well as be a technical resource for customers.

CANADIAN BIO-SYSTEMS, Calgary, Alb. — Mark Peters has joined the company as manager of sales and marketing. Peters will focus on the Canadian and U.S. markets.

CHS INC., St. Paul, Minn. — Sarah Gallo has been named Washington representative of the government affairs staff. Gallo will be responsible for representing the company's interests on issues related to agriculture at the federal level. She was previously with the National Corn Growers Assn.

COBB-VANTRESS INC., Siloam Springs, Ark. — Dr. Juan Luis Ordaz has joined the North American technical service team. Ordaz will be responsible for providing technical support for customers in Mexico and Central America. He was previously with Tyson.

GRAIN SYSTEMS INC., Assumption, Ill. — Kyle J. Kuepker has been named Grain Division director, North America. Kuepker will lead and provide strategic direction for the grain business across farm and commercial markets. He will provide day-to-day oversight for all grain business sales, regional product management, dealer development, customer service and aftermarket support. He was previously with Cargill Inc.

INTERNATIONAL DAIRY FOODS ASSN., Washington, D.C. — John T. Allan III has been named vice president of regulatory affairs and international standards. Allan will direct all aspects of the food safety training programs and will lead efforts related to product safety and quality control issues. He will have additional responsibilities in federal and state regulatory affairs. He was previously with the National Yogurt Assn.

KOEHL BROS. INC., Maroa, Ill. — Todd Tosetti has joined the company. Tosetti will serve in both sales and service. He was previously with Sukup Manufacturing.

LALLEMAND ANIMAL NUTRITION, Milwaukee, Wis. — Rick Choate has joined the sales team as territory business manager in the Pacific Northwest. Choate will focus on sales of active dry yeast, ProTernative and Sil-All inoculant products.

Glenn Vander Woude has joined the sales team as territory business manager in the Pacific Northwest. Vander Woude will focus on sales of active dry yeast, Levucell SC and Biotal inoculant product lines.

MARRONE BIO INNOVATIONS INC., Davis, Cal. — Kristie Jones has been appointed vice president of marketing. Jones previously  provided consulting services to the company.

Jim Lappin has joined the company as vice president, product management and business development. Lappin was previously with FMC.

Dr. Carlos Reyes has been promoted to vice president, product development.

Dr. Yuko Soneoka has joined the company as chief patent counsel. Soneoka was previously with Genomic Health Inc.

PANCOSMA S.A., Geneva, Switzerland — Jennifer Maurin has been promoted to junior product manager for plant extracts products. Maurin will be responsible for promoting the XTRACT range of products, especially in Spanish and French-speaking areas worldwide. She was most recently events organizer and in charge of corporate communications.

SWEET MANUFACTURING CO., Springfield, Ohio — Henry Montero has joined the company as international sales engineer. Montero will be responsible for providing customers worldwide with technical assistance for project layout, design and equipment specifications.

TEXAS A&M AGRILIFE RESEARCH, Amarillo, Texas — Dr. Jenny Jennings has joined the university as assistant professor in beef nutrition, beginning Nov. 1. Jennings will be responsible for cattle feeding trials in the Bushland, Texas, research feedlot as well as with the private sector. She was previously with Alltech.
