BUNGE NORTH AMERICA, St. Louis, Mo. — George Allard has been promoted to vice president and chief financial officer. Allard was most recently vice president and general manager of the oils business.

Matt Gibson has joined the company as vice president and general manager of the grain operations. Gibson was previously with Gavilon.

KENT NUTRITION GROUP INC., Muscatine, Iowa — Kendra Phinney has joined the company as retail sales specialist. Phinney will be responsible for retail sales of dealers in the eastern region, along with account responsibility for Family Farm & Home stores in Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin. She was previously with the Michigan Livestock Exchange.

NATIONAL 4-H COUNCIL, Chevy Chase, Md. — Jennifer Sirangelo has been named president and chief executive officer. Sirangelo was most recently executive vice president and chief operating officer.

NORTH AMERICAN MILLERS' ASSN., Washington, D.C. — Lyndsey Valentine has been promoted to manager of communications and administration. Valentine will continue to provide contributions in the administration of the association, in addition to new duties in communications. She was most recently administrative assistant.

PAS REFORM, Zeddam, Netherlands — Edwin Tinnevelt has been appointed research and development manager. Tinnevelt will manage a team of hardware, software, electrical and mechanical engineers. He will be responsible for implementing technical policies and development, supporting production and procurement for customer-level projects and introducing new products and processes. He will also be responsible for continuously improving the quality and efficiency of processes within the research and development teams. He was previously with VMI Holland.

Asad Yaseen has been appointed regional sales director in Rijadh, Saudi Arabia. Yaseen will be responsible for client relations, account management and ongoing development.

SELECT SIRES INC., Plain City, Ohio — Marcus Schmelzer has been named laboratory safety coordinator. Schmelzer will develop, coordinate and enforce safety procedures during semen processing through written protocols and hands-on demonstrations. He will continue his duties in the semen processing department freezing semen and working with quality control.

Dr. Matt Utt has been named director of research. Utt will work with staff scientists to design research trials to improve semen collection, freezing, extenders, evaluation procedures and semen fertility potential in the field. He will coordinate the Program for Fertility Advancement and work with the Select Reproductive Solutions team. He was most recently research associate.

TECHMIX, Stewart, Minn. — Jeb Gent has joined the innovations team. Gent will focus on research and product innovations, in addition to offering technical support for both cattle and swine.

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, College Station, Texas — Dr. Bill Dugas has been named acting vice chancellor for agriculture and life sciences and acting dean of the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences. Dugas was most recently associate vice chancellor and associate dean of agriculture and life sciences.

Dr. Mark Hussey has been named interim president. Hussey was most recently associate vice chancellor and associate dean of agriculture and life sciences.
