At the International Dairy Show in downtown Chicago, we stopped by the Evergreen Packing booth to find out more about several milk carton repurposing programs they have in place. The programs educate school children on the importance of milk in their diet and have them using their leftover cartons from lunch and breakfast to construction things for a chance to win cash prizes or to help their school garden grow.
