Protease may improve digestibility of fish feeds

Dietary protease supplementation shown to be viable option for improving rainbow trout ingredient digestibility.

Researchers affiliated with the University of Idaho Aquaculture Research Institute's Hagerman Fish Culture Experiment Station recently tested the effects of dietary supplementation of a commercial protease complex on the apparent nutrient digestibility of 17 feed ingredients.
