OIE marks progress of strategic plan

After first year as World Organization for Animal Health director general, Dr. Monique Eloit described organization’s achievements under Sixth Strategic Plan and listed priorities for 2017.

A year after taking up her role as director general of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), Dr. Monique Eloit has reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to better governance of animal health and welfare worldwide, since these are the foundations for economic prosperity as well as for the social and environmental well-being of human populations.
