Caitlin Tye has joined the company as content and social media manager. Tye will facilitate content and ensure that social media efforts are meeting company objectives. She was previously with Deere & Co.

 

INTERNATIONAL DAIRY FOODS ASSN., Washington, D.C. — Tony Eberhard has joined the legislative team as vice president of legislative affairs. Eberhard will work with members on policy development and legislative strategy while advocating for dairy food companies and the dairy industry before the Congress and the Administration. He previously worked for Sen. John Hoeven (R., N.D.).

 

POLLINATOR PARTNERSHIP, San Francisco, Cal. — Val Dolcini has been named president and chief executive officer. Dolcini was previously with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency.

James E. Sherman has been promoted to chief operating officer.

 

RABOBANK, St. Louis, Mo. — Sam Funk has joined the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness team as senior grain and oilseed analyst. Funk was previously with AgServe LLC.

Sterling Liddell has been taken on the expanded role of global senior data analyst. Liddell will work with global strategists, regional managers and specified analysts to expand proprietary analytical capabilities and to enhance research platforms. He was most recently senior grain and oilseed analyst.

Andrick Payen has joined the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness team as associate analyst of sugar and grains and oilseeds. Payen will cover grains and oilseeds, sugar and animal protein.

Aga Dobrowolska Perry has joined the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness team as a dairy analyst. Perry was previously with the European Commission.

Jim Watson has joined the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness team as senior beverage analyst.

 

APTIMMUNE, Champaign, Ill. — Brian Konz has joined the swine division as strategic account manager. Konz will focus on launching the Aptimmune autogenous porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) vaccine and will help grow the portfolio of swine vaccines. He was previously with Novartis/Elanco Animal Health.

Boss will manage marketing programs and campaigns for the insecticide portfolio as well as new technologies, including the 3RIVE 3D application system. She was previously with DuPont Crop Protection.

Flavio Centola has been promoted to herbicide portfolio manager. Centola will be responsible for agricultural herbicide products in the U.S. and will manage the introduction of new herbicide active ingredients in the product pipeline. He was most recently soybean segment manager.

Christina Coen has been named marketing director for the U.S. and Canada. Coen will be responsible for marketing of the full agricultural portfolio, including herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, plant health and new technology offerings. She was previously with Dow AgroSciences.

Rick Ekins has been appointed portfolio manager for insecticides, fungicides, plant health and new technologies in the U.S. Ekins will manage the full line of insecticide and fungicide products as well as the plant health and new technologies platforms. He also will lead the introduction of new insecticide, fungicide and plant health active ingredients and other new technologies. He was most recently fungicide and insecticide portfolio manager.

Lisa Homer has been named senior communications manager for the U.S. and Canada. Homer will oversee marketing communications activities that support the full agricultural portfolio in the U.S. and Canadian markets. She was previously with Stephens & Associates Advertising Inc.

 

PASSPORT FOOD SAFETY SOLUTIONS INC., West Des Moines, Iowa — Dr. John Ruby has joined the company as vice president of PassTrac Analytics. Ruby will be responsible for leadership and growth of the PassTrac Analytics platform by utilizing modeling to create value for meat protein customers. He was previously with JBS.

Dr. Martha Moen has joined the cattle consultant team as grass cattle consultant. Moen will support cattle producers in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. She was previously with Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
