Trump wants China trade deal by mid-November

President says phase one China deal includes $40 - $50 billion a year in agricultural purchases.

President Trump hopes to sign a phase one deal with China on the sidelines of the Asia Pacific Economic Council that the two nations plan to attend Nov. 16 – 17. He said the phase one deal focuses on substantially higher U.S. agricultural purchases than in the past.
