Trump calls for $50b for rural infrastructure

Plan calls for 25% of new federal funds to be dedicated to rural infrastructure needs, as prioritized by state and local leaders.

The White House on Monday released its principles to rebuild America’s long-neglected infrastructure. The plan includes $200 billion in federal investment over 10 years, with $50 billion of that designated for rural projects.
