In a strong bipartisan vote on Tuesday, the Senate Finance Committee advanced out of committee the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) by a vote of 25-3. However, the fate of full Senate passage remains unknown as the House has not sent up its impeachment articles for a Senate trial, and other committees may also need to clear USMCA out of committee.
