Nick Cribbs is joining AGRI-associates, Inc., as a manager of the company's Florida recruiting office.

Cribbs is a graduate of Business Administration from Kansas State University. After his graduation he worked in the banking industry for Wells Fargo and JP Morgan in Relationship Management. In 2013, he joined the grain and oilseeds division of Cargill. Since, he has held a number of different roles, including, Merchandising, Sales, Trading, Customer Service, Recruiting, and Management Leadership positions. In all aspects of his roles, he has worked directly with customers trading corn, soybeans, wheat, and milo into Cargill affiliated assets. In addition to grain to grain trading he helped his customers in risk management through proprietary solutions and products offered by Cargill Risk Management. Cribbs also handled logistics for FOB grain for his customers. While at Cargill, he developed the recruiting efforts for Sales and Operations at Kansas State University.
