Rural America produces commodities, but if those products can’t get to market, urban manufacturing centers and rural communities alike face challenges producing the very “made in America” products that create jobs and grow the U.S. economy, House Agriculture Committee chairman Michael Conaway (R., Texas) said in a hearing Wednesday morning.
