Will the $12 billion in trade aid help farm country and offer a bridge to solutions?

The mantra from agricultural groups of seeking trade, not aid, from the Trump Administration continues, but for now, while discussions with China remain stalled and retaliatory tariffs become a reality, they'll have to settle for aid.
