The Environmental Protection Agency issued a final notice this week approving a variety of pathways for renewable fuels derived from sorghum, including biodiesel. EPA acting administrator Andrew Wheeler signed the final pathway July 24 alongside Sens. Jerry Moran (R., Kan.) and Deb Fischer (R., Neb.), Rep. Roger Marshall (R., Kan.), the National Sorghum Producers and the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF).
