Court dismisses collective bargaining case for farm workers

New York Civil Liberties Union's lawsuit dismissed, although union will continue to push for a legislative fix.

Judge Richard McNally granted the New York Farm Bureau’s request to dismiss the New York Civil Liberties Union’s lawsuit that sought to create collective bargaining rights for farm workers in the state.
