CFTC orders Cargill to pay $10m

Cargill provided inaccurate swaps information and reportedly concealed up to 90% of its trading revenue.

Cargill has been ordered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to pay a $10 million civil monetary penalty for concealing its full markup on certain swaps, in violation of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and CFTC rules.
