Bunged is committing $2.5 million to COVID-19 relief efforts, the company announced April 6. The funds will support health and hunger causes directly related to the pandemic in the communities where Bunge operates.

“As we continue our responsibility to deliver food and feed products around the world, we want to further support the fight against COVID-19 with this contribution,” Bunge chief executive officer Greg Heckman said. “The safety and well-being of our employees and their families and the communities in which live and operate remains a critical priority for our company. We thank everyone on the frontlines during this unprecedented time.”

Around the world, Bunge employees are continuing their critical work of providing safe and healthy food to a global population and minimizing disruptions to the food supply chain.
