Arm & Hammer adds to Integrated Food Production team

In January, Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production announced the restructuring of their internal organization to reflect the integrated approach they bring to customers. Now, Arm & Hammer is investing in their customers by adding new talent to the Integrated Food Production team.

Dr. Steve Larsen, who has been with Arm & Hammer since April 2019, will be stepping into the role of senior technical services manager within the Integrated Food Production team. In his new role, Larsen will be responsible for leading the technical field service team supporting the poultry and swine nutrition, and food safety intervention product lines.

“Throughout his time at Arm & Hammer, Steve has made significant contributions supporting the food safety business in developing research protocols, leading field-based product validation trials, and key research demonstrating the science behind our technologies,” said Roger Beers, director of Global Integrated Food Production. “We are very excited that he will be stepping into this new role where he will continue to bring #ScienceHearted solutions to customers across the country.”

Arm & Hammer also welcomed two new members to their Integrated Food Production team.

Charles Delap joined the team as a poultry account manager, bringing with him 35 years of experience in a combination of live operational management, poultry sales, and business development. Delap was most recently with Alton Technology Int. where he served as a U.S./Canadian sales manager.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Charlie to the Integrated Food Production team,” Beers said. “His broad knowledge of the poultry industry, customer relationships, and past leadership roles will provide our team with a true asset to move our poultry business in the U.S. forward.”

Barb Adler has joined the team as a strategic account manager. Adler has nearly 25 years of technical sales, strategic account management, and specific market experience. Previously, she was with Birko Corporation, where she supported sales and technical service as well as customer relationship management efforts.

“Barb brings invaluable experience to our team,” Beers said. “Her broad knowledge of the food production system, food safety and quality, coupled with her technical, laboratory background, and strategic relationship management experience positions her well for developing this new role within the business.”
