Kent Nutrition Group (KNG) launched its NutriVantage Nutrition Optimizer products for swine at the Iowa Pork Congress in Des Moines, Iowa.

NutriVantage for swine is KNG’s exclusive Nutrition Optimizer — a supplement that helps pork producers’ pigs get the most out of the nutrition they are already receiving, the company said.

KNG noted that it has spent more than a decade researching swine formulas that help pigs improve feed efficiency, reduce mortality rates, stimulate a positive immune response and promote a healthy gut environment for every stage of swine production.

In KNG research trials, NutriVantage for swine has been shown to increase nursey pig net returns by 25 cents/head and to improve survivability in “health challenged” pigs by 25%, the company announced.

NutriVantage is available for swine as a feed supplement or a water-soluble supplement.
