Industry veterans take reins at Allen Harim Foods

Allen Harim Foods announced it has hired two poultry industry veterans to join the team. Poultry industry veteran Tony Neal is the new executive vice president of sales and marketing. Wayne Morgan joins the team as the director of sales reporting to Tony Neal, executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Tony Neal has spent his entire career in various sales roles at major companies, including six years at Allen Family Foods and five years at Pilgrims. He was most recently at Amick Farms as national sales manager.

“I’m excited to have Tony join the Allen Harim team as the leader of our Sales and Marketing group,” said Mickey Baugher, CEO of Allen Harim Foods. “Tony’s experience and leadership combined with our excellent products will once again make Allen Harim a formidable competitor in the chicken industry.”

Neal has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Carolina University.

“I feel really blessed and excited to be part of the Allen Harim Team,” Neal said. “We have a great team and a solid group of loyal customers to build our business around.”

Neal and his wife Melinda will be relocating to Delaware.

Wayne Morgan joins Allen Harim as the new director of sales reporting to Tony Neal, executive vice president of sales and marketing. He joins the company after serving as national sales manager for Mountaire Farms.

Morgan brings exceptional expertise in retail markets with over two decades of experience at Mountaire and Perdue Farms. Morgan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Carolina University. He and his wife Teresa live in Delaware and have two children.
