No definitive date set for Tyson Holcomb plant

Company has resumed some operations in portions of Kansas beef plant.

It’s very clear that the Tyson beef plant in Holcomb, Kan., will not be 100% up and running until late 2019 or early 2020, Colin Woodall, senior vice president of government affairs for National Cattlemen’s Beef Assn. (NCBA), said Tuesday.
