U.S. livestock, dairy and poultry exports in fiscal 2019 are projected to be down $300 million to $30.3 billion as weaker values for beef, pork, dairy and other livestock product exports offset growth in poultry and poultry products, according to the latest “Outlook for U.S. Agricultural Trade” from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service.
