Boehringer Ingelheim hires key account veterinarian

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc. announced that Sierra Slautterback, DVM, has joined the team as a key account veterinarian within the U.S. poultry division.

Dr. Slautterback is based in South Carolina and received her doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Tennessee along with her bachelor’s degree in animal science. She is currently working on a master's degree in avian health and medicine through the University of Georgia. 

Dr. Slautterback previously worked for Aviagen Inc. as a pedigree veterinarian. Her experience in primary breeders gives her expertise in Salmonella control, biosecurity, research and management practices.
