YieldMaster Solutions has entered a collaboration with Dairy Farmers of America to offer biological innovations to dairy farmers across the U.S. to improve yield enhancement, milk efficiencies and sustainability efforts.

YMS is focused on bringing leading-edge biological technologies and innovations to growers across North America to enhance crop performance, health and increase yield potential.

"There are many exciting innovations occurring in the agriculture industry. YMS is seeing a perfect unity between product that is applied in the field and the positive impact it is having on the crop, resulting in a magnitude of advantages for the dairy industry," says Tim Bratland, YMS president. "With so much focus on genetics in grain, biological technology is shedding light on the ability to improve forage yield and quality while maximizing ROI."

Effective immediately, DFA members will have access to this robust line up of biological product offerings for multiple crop types that meet specific operation and application needs. This includes seed coat, foliar and in furrow applications. These wide-ranging products provide crop benefits that range from nitrogen fixation, phosphorous solubilization and acquisition from the soil, and plant stress mitigators resulting in increased tonnage and potential improved milk efficiencies.

"Not only are our family farm-owners utilizing the latest technology on their dairy operations, but they are also applying that same mindset to the feed they grow for their herds," says Sarah Ploss, general manager, DFA Farm Supplies. "Our collaboration with YMS gives our members access to innovative crop technologies that can provide additional efficiencies on the farm and better feed for their livestock."
