Zachery Meyer promoted to CEO of Rock River Laboratory

Meyer continues the family legacy while expanding laboratory network’s capabilities.

Rock River Laboratory, an international agriculture analysis network, has announced the promotion of Zachery Meyer to chief executive officer. Prior to the promotion, Meyer served as vice president, overseeing operations and customer service.

“Zac understands the business very well, and that Rock River Laboratory is built on the foundation of unparalleled customer service,” shared Don Meyer, Rock River Laboratory president and owner. “I have complete confidence in his abilities to continue our laboratory network as the premier agricultural analysis hub in the world.”

Meyer gained experience at two Fortune 500 companies while earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2007, he returned to the family business, beginning his official tenure with Rock River Laboratory as a soil sampler. Moving to outside sales, handling company finances, and eventually becoming director of operations, Meyer has been a critical part of the company’s development over the last seventeen years.

Now a multi-faceted global business serving the agriculture, lawn and garden, turf, and wildlife industries, Rock River Laboratory supports nearly fifty international testing facilities in addition to multiple domestic locations utilizing their calibrations.
