TechMix Global has hired Amy Slark for the role of Dairyland territory manager. Slark will be instrumental in building and enhancing relationships with veterinarians and producers, garnering support of key TechMix product lines.
Slark’s experience in organizing producer and veterinary educational meetings will elevate awareness of innovations from TechMix that meet the needs of dairy cows and calves experiencing challenges. She will collaborate closely with customers at every level to understand goals, challenges and recommend solutions that maximize outcomes for accounts across Wisconsin and Illinois. With more than 21 years of experience, she is bringing passion and knowledge that align with TechMix values and an emphasis on bringing support to animals, producers, and veterinarians.
Slark is a Wisconsin native and UW- Platteville graduate. Her career began at Fort Dodge Animal Health in a territory in western Wisconsin and southeastern Minnesota. That success led to recruitment by Pfizer Animal Health/Zoetis where she just completed 16 years of sales success in a territory in East Central Wisconsin. Slark has specific expertise in product launches, relationship building, developing educational programs, and advisory roles.
“Strategic problem solving has been the hallmark of Amy’s career to date, and now her calculated and novel thinking will guide TechMix customers to even better outcomes. The experience she brings to our organization will be very inspirational for the rest of our team, and insightful for customers”, said Mike Nelson, president of TechMix.
Amy and her husband Dean live in east central Wisconsin and have three children. Their family enjoys spending time participating in and watching sporting events, fishing, hunting and raising and showing market lambs.
