Nedap’s North American team continues to grow and strengthen. The global leader in dairy data management technology announces Thierry Perrotin has joined Nedap as vice president for dairy, North America and Emily Rolli has joined as a technical experience manager.
“Thierry Perrotin is a proven leader with extensive global experience in the dairy industry who fits well with our team and vision for the future,” said Maarten Idink, managing director for Nedap Livestock Management. “He has a strong track record in leading strategic market developments across the Americas and Europe, gaining deep industry knowledge and demonstrated expertise in commercial development, product management and leading multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
Thierry’s extensive experience and strategic skills will help lead the company’s U.S. team and the continued growth of Nedap worldwide, Idink added.
Perrotin’s experience includes more than 20 years with DeLaval in various leadership roles in several countries, including the United States and Canada. Most recently, he worked for HydroGreen Inc., based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as vice president of business development and general manager.
“More cooperation and integration are needed across the dairy industry to successfully face the complex challenges ahead of us,” said Perrotin. “I am enthusiastic about Nedap’s unique position to work hand-in-hand with the most influential people in the dairy industry. I’m also very excited to be working with incredibly engaged teams of passionate cow people, supported by a strong culture and a modern leadership team.”
Emily Rolli is responsible for supporting dairy innovation partners, crafting and leading training programs and ensuring seamless customer onboarding experiences. She will collaborate with all stakeholders to strengthen their technical experience and increase on-farm management success.
“We’re excited to have her join Nedap in serving the technology needs of the dairy industry,” said Nedap Inc. President Gael Gozdek. “Emily’s considerable personal and professional dairy industry connections, experience and expertise will be of significant benefit to our team, dairy innovation partners and farmers.”
Rolli began her career working with the leading herd management programs in a technical role. She then transitioned to helping farmers with applications, on-farm management and dairy hardware and software troubleshooting. Most recently, Rolli served as herd management and technical specialist for Brand Dairies.
“I love being able to help people,” she said. “Nedap combines that love with my passion for the dairy industry. I’m excited to join a forward-thinking, passionate U.S. team and work with its counterparts across the globe.”
