Camissa Hummel joins NutriQuest as senior feed ingredient merchandiser.

NutriQuest recently announced that Camissa Hummel has joined the company as senior feed ingredient merchandiser. Hummel will provide leadership and expertise in creating merchandising plans, pricing and operational systems to deliver products and services that meet customer distribution needs.

Hummel brings expertise in global and domestic sourcing and purchasing, field sales and sales management, as well as extensive customer service management. She will be consulting in these areas for NutriQuest customers. She will also assist with managing supplier relationships, customer support and ingredient analysis, as well as raw material origination for new products and opportunities.

Prior to joining NutriQuest, Hummel held the following positions: vice president of sales operations at her 5-year career with Kent Nutrition Group based in Muscatine, Iowa. In addition, she was director of Purchasing-North America, U.S. Premix sales manager, product manager, and customer service manager over her 16-year tenure with ADM Animal Nutrition in Quincy, Illinois. Hummel graduated with her bachelor’s degree in agronomy and chemistry from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.  She currently resides in Quincy, Illinois, with her husband, Chad, and two daughters, Ella and Lauren.
