Kansas Grain and Feed Association recently welcomed Clay Fagan and Trisha Fassnacht to its team and also announced the promotion of Sidney Storey to director of event planning.
Fagan joins the association as its director of member investment and training and Fassnacht joins as administrative assistant. Storey steps into the event planning role vacated by the retirement of longtime KGFA employee Shari Bennett.
"We are thrilled to welcome Clay and Trisha to our team," KGFA President and CEO Ron Seeber said. "In the short time they've spent with us we've been pleased with their effort and willingness to jump right in and learn about our association's functions and our members.”
He continued, “We are also excited about Sidney's growth into our event planning position. We have been impressed with her ability to step in and fill that role with no drop off."
Fagan is a native of Burlingame, Kansas. He received a bachelor’s degree in communication from Ottawa University in 2009, followed by an MBA in 2014. Fagan is responsible for the management of the association's membership recruitment and retention programs. He is also responsible for the development and coordination of 20-plus training program offerings.
Fassnacht grew up in Muscotah, Kansas. She is a 2021 graduate, earning a degree in agribusiness from Kansas State University and a bible and leadership degree from Manhattan Christian College. Fassnacht will serve as the association's administrative assistant and looks forward to meeting its members.
