CTB Inc. recently announced that Alaina Benjamin has been named staff attorney and Michelle St. John has been name human resources generalist.

In her new position, Benjamin will provide day-to-day support in areas of contracts, transactions, employment, environmental, international, intellectual property, and immigration. She will assist in managing litigation and claims while working closely with CTB business units’ sales, engineering, and human resources departments.

Benjamin is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She graduated from Calvin University with a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in writing.

During her time at law school, Benjamin worked as a summer associate gaining valuable legal experience in various areas of practice. Prior to attending law school, Benjamin worked in the insurance industry.

Benjamin is a native of Northern Indiana.

As human resources generalist, Michelle St. John will handle, administer, and support CTB’s human resources practices, policies, and programs that help to align employees with organizational goals and objectives.

Prior to her employment at CTB, St. John gained 34 years of human resources management experience through various positions with companies in the insurance, health care and manufacturing industries. She most recently was a Senior Human Resource Business Partner where she led the human resource department and was responsible for working with leadership to align human resource policies, goals, initiatives and the company’s divisional strategy.

St. John is a graduate of Buena Vista University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management.

A native of Eagle Grove, Iowa, she resides in Norwalk, Iowa.
