2024 Feedstuffs Feed Ingredient Analysis Table
It's back! Feedstuffs has updated its feed ingredient analysis values table of more than 100 commonly used feed ingredients.
Dicks will focus on enhancing member service and experience to grow and retain AFIA membership.

The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) has announced the addition of Meghan Dicks as its director of membership and engagement.
In this role, Dicks will play a pivotal role in setting the standard for exemplary member service and member experience. In addition, Dicks will work closely with AFIA’s chief operating officer Sarah Novak to identify and acquire new members as well as retain and provide quality service to current members.
“We are thrilled to welcome Meghan to the AFIA team as the director of membership and engagement,” stated Novak. “Having previously worked for an AFIA member and actively participated in our committees, Meghan brings a wealth of experience and insights into maximizing membership benefits. She is eager to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with prospective members, helping to enhance their engagement and experience with AFIA.”
Before joining the AFIA, Dicks served as the regulatory and scientific affairs manager at ADM Animal and Pet Nutrition, North America, where she provided regulatory compliance and animal food safety guidance for ADM’s animal food and pet product portfolio in North America. She also has previous industry experience as an animal food ingredient buyer and merchandiser.
Hailing from Douglas, Ariz., Dicks holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and agricultural business, with a focus on international business marketing, and a minor in economics from New Mexico State University.
